Why do you have an advance payment model?

Our business is designed to remove time barriers, so have taken away the supplier set-up stage, to get into the brief sooner. We incorporate a simple click-and-pay option, but can also work to your organisation's preferred terms.

Can I discuss my project with you before I pay for anything?

Send us an email and we'll send you a link to book a 15-minute call with us. Typically we'll have slots within a few hours.

What format are the ideas shared in?

We work across Keynote, Powerpoint, Google Slides, InDesign and Figma. When we discuss the brief in greater detail, we'll be sure to confirm your preference.

Can I edit the final files?

Yes, we share all final ideas in editable formats so that you have the opportunity to tweak and add any further context you may require.

Can I use my own template?

Our in house designers can work with your existing deck and style, add in our ideas to an existing structure. We appreciate this saves time merging into presentations later and you or your client often like to see things in your/their brand colours.

 

This is included in the price plan.

What can I do with these ideas afterwards?

The ideas are yours to pitch, evolve or execute in perpetuity.

We love an idea you shared, but now need to develop it further. Can you help?

While all ideas put forward are viewed through the lens of feasibility which takes into account budget, timelines and audience, we know the devil is in the detail. We can take a concept to the next stage, where much greater details is required around the execution of the campaign, such as engaging suppliers, budgeting and a building a cohesive delivery plan with all timings and contacts to complete the job.

Why would I use this service and not AI?

This a hugely hot topic, on the radar of creative teams the world over. The simple truth is you absolutely could put a brief into an AI tool to get ideas. So we think it's important to state what AI can't do (yet at least, when it does we're all down to the job centre)
